Meet our teacher
Emma LocklearMy name is Emma Locklear, and I teach both preschool and dance. I love helping young students grow—not only as they learn their ABCs and begin writing their names, but as they develop into kind, confident, and well-rounded individuals.
We focus on important life skills like sharing, showing kindness, and building the confidence to introduce themselves. Watching each child grow throughout the year and try new things—whether perfectly or not—is such a joy and a true privilege as their teacher.
I have been a team member at Idaho Rhythm for 9 years! This is my first full year in our Kinder Arts Preschool program and I am so excited to get to know everyone and inspire your kids to fall in love with learning!
In my free time, I enjoy being outside in the sun, paddle boarding, camping and getting to spend time with loved ones. I also love to build legos and treat myself to watching an episode or two of Bluey with my favorite snacks ( It’s just too good! ).
